Our Process

How our process works

Since no two companies are the same, neither is our process. The outline below walks through the flow of our process. Whether you are looking for minimum or high involvement, we will ensure our process is tied to your goals and expectations and can tailor it to fit your exact needs. While we would love to take over the process completely, you are the one that knows the ins and outs of your business. We will work with you to best understand your business and capture relevant information in order to build a solution.

Stage 1: Initial Consultation and Collaboration

The first step begins with a conversation or meeting to start laying the groundwork and identifying needs. This is where we learn more about you, your business, your brand, your employees, and more. We will also narrow down your specific needs and wants, and start to determine a rough budget. This helps us to make sure we are presenting you with a useful and attainable plan of action.

Stage 2: Brainstorming, Ideation and the creative process

Now we go to our collective drawing boards and start developing a plan of attack for your business. We’ll gather our ideas and formulate a creative process to create an easily understandable and quantitative presentation. This stage can take as little as a day or two, or longer depending on the complexity and the scope the requested work.

Stage 3: First Presentation

Now we review the initial plans, provide insight into long term plans and help you to decide the best plan of action moving forward. If you are ready to sign a contract, work will begin immediately. If you need additional time to decide which option works for you, we will proceed once we have worked out any changes or additions to the plan and have a signed contract in place.

Stage 4: Work progress

As we complete work, we will provide updates as the schedule progresses. As certain milestones are reached, we will require approval and feedback from you as quickly as possible as to keep us on schedule and to maximize the effectiveness of your campaign.

Stage 5: Quality Assessments and Revisions

At this point, we review the work and evaluate its effectiveness to ensure that it is up to both of our standards. If needed, we will make additional revisions to make sure those standards are met.

Stage 6: Delivery or implementation of the final product and ROI analyses

The drawing board does not stop here– we are continually revisiting, re-assessing and planning the vision you have for your company. Depending on what type of package you decide on, we will provide you with firm metrics and assessments to evaluate the return on your investment.

Then, we take it a step further using the same collaborative workflow technique with our business partners, allowing for seamless execution every time. It also allows us the flexibility to help any company. We know every project will be different, so we can form a different team of experts for each project individually.
