Embrace negative reviews as feedback on how to improve your business. If the reviewer went out of their way to post a review, positive or negative, your business left a strong impression on them. Thank them for taking the time and do your best to resolve the situation. Even if the person becomes unreasonable, the people reading the review and comments will see how you handled it. Put yourself in their shoes and ask: “Would I buy from those people?” If the answer is “no” it might be time to change your approach.
